Pachamama Porter is a unique collaboration between Two Roads Brewing Company and Evil Twin Brewing Company. The can describes this as an ale brewed with sweet potatoes, purple mais, and aji panca chili peppers.

After seeing this beer on the various online communities, once I found it in store, I knew I had to try it. And I'm glad I did! First off, it's pronounced 'SHO-CO-VAY-ZA'. This is a flavor packed beer. You can taste most of the advertised: cocoa, coffee, peppers, vanilla, and nutmeg. It definitely has a great 'winter holidays' flavor to it. Great beer for a cold night.
